There are two El Paso Counties. This desk is Texas. Colorado Springs is the other one, with a different fee table.
Search for El Paso death certificate and you will hit Colorado's El Paso County Public Health as often as Texas. If the death was in El Paso, Texas, use epcounty.com. If the death was in Colorado Springs, that is a different state and a different office.
